Taralli are the crunchy rings of Puglia: a traditional food that has also become a thoroughly modern snack. Nobody needs an excuse or an occasion to open a bag and munch a good handful at any hour of the day. But the question many of you ask us is always the same: how many calories are there in taralli? Here is the answer.

How many calories in taralli?
The question is trickier than it looks, because to be honest there is not just one kind of Apulian taralli. There are a great many. We make them and sell them, so we know: a quick look at our taralli catalogue shows how many types and flavours exist.
There are savoury taralli and sweet ones, and that broad distinction already matters a lot, because the calories can vary considerably between them. So here are a few general guidelines on the calories in Apulian taralli. And if you would rather bake your own, here is our taralli recipe.
